Disappearing Skylines

Is there a way to keep the city skylines from disappearing from view after a certain distance or atleast a way to alter the distance that they disappear and re-appear?Any advice on this matter would be greatly appreciated.Thank You.

You can set the general distance at which scenery becomes invisible, but scenery designers can set the distance for individual objects to be smaller to increase performance (and for realism).If that's done, you cannot increase that distance (only decrease it by setting your maximum viewing distance smaller).This mechanism prevents for example a 50m tall building being rendered 20nm away which would leave it maybe a pixel in size, but all the computation would have to be done slowing your machine down for no reason at all.
