would i be correct in thinking that these are all ttool filesif so everyones copies will be different. you would be best to download traffictools and the decompile and then compile again and you will then have new versions of your own

Did you just start using Project AI or have you been using for some time. One of the big mistakes some are making is using the new installer to remove all the commercial airlines. Well, it does remove ALL the commercial airlines, not just the original default fs2002. If you ran the new installer and removed the commercial airlines, that could be your problem. If you didn't use the new installer and your aircraft.txt file is still empty of the aircraft you have on your system from PAI, then you may need to regroup and start over again. If you want to start over again, visit Project AI for any old airline autoinstallers that don't have new installers you want to add to your system. If you need the Setup_base.zip file it is available on PAI's ftp site http://www.pai.simairport.com/ under files/, airlines/. Also visit PAI Unofficial Files Download Area, Utilities, and download paiFDE_v2.zip and any other files of insterest. Download the new PAI Installer System (ver. 1.19d) and the new installer airline files you want on your system.I recommend you uninstall any of the old Project AI installers. They should be listed in your Windows menu under Project AI. Once you have all the airlines and the base installer uninstalled, retrieve a default copy of traffic.bgl from your fs2002 CDs using an unzipping program. Search the *.cab files on disk #2, and extract traffic.bgl. Delete any copies of "traffic" that appears in your fs2002scenedbATCScenery folder and replace them with the extracted traffic.bgl.Using Windows Explorer, delete all the PAI A300 through PAI MD80 from your fs2002aircraft folder.Start fs2002 and make sure it works correctly. If so, exit fs2002. Unzip the Setup_base.zip file and use the autoinstaller to install the base AI setup, check whether you want General Aviation (GA) aircraft, and ensure you point the autoinstaller to the correct path for your fs2002 installation (default is C:Program FilesMicrosoft GamesFS2002 - this is not your location make the correct changes) and continue the installation. Once the base installer is complete, use Windows Explorer and check your fs2002aircraft folder for the PAI A300 through PAI MD80 aircraft installation. Many will not have textures at this time. Check fs2002 operation, then exit.Unzip paiFDE_v2.zip and follow the instructions for updating the aerodynamics files (*.air and aircraft.cfg) for each aircraft. Check fs2002 operation, then exit.Install all the old airline autoinstallers that don't have new installers available. Again make sure you point the autoinstaller to the correct fs2002 path. After each install check fs2002 operation, then exit. After you have installed all the old autoinstallers, it is time to install the new PAI Installer System. Follow the instructions for installing the PAI Installer System. Once it is installed install one of the smaller new airline installer files. After successful installion of the one airline, check fs2002 operation, then exit. The remainder of the new airline installer files can be installed in batch mode or one at a time. Hopefully after all this your AI will be bulging from the airport seams.
