NOT GETTING ACCESS TO FILE LIBARY

I AM NOT ABLE TO GET ACCESS TO THE FILE LIBARY TO BE ABLE TO DOWN LOAD / VIEW FILES. I AM FACING THIS PROBLEM FOR THE PAST ONE WEEK. HOWEVER LAST WEEK FOR 1-2 DAYS I WAS ABLE TO GET ACCESS BUT AT NIGHT ( INDIA TIME). ALL OTHE ACCESS TO THE SITE IS WORKING FINE EG REVIEWS ,FORUMS ETC. CAN SOME ONE HELP ME.HAVE NEVER FACED THIS PROBLEM FOR OVER 2 YEARS.RGDS RAJEEV
