Concorde_Base cannot connect to Data Server.

Regarding PSS Concorde 2004 v1.1 update, I logged into MY FILES and downloaded the Concorde_Base installer. But when trying to run it, the following msg is reported::: Abort Installation:: The installation has been aborted.:: The installation has been aborted for the following reasons::: > Cannot Connect to Data Server. Please Try Again Later.:: Please click Close to exit this installer.This problem is repeatable now for several days. I even thought bringing down my firewall would help, but it does not.If this is a known problem, what can I do to get the update?Rob F.
