Weird bmp's for repainting

Hi Conkers,I wanted to start my private airline with an approprately painted Concorde. It seems to be quite straightforward - nice documentation with all these repaints around.BUT: I cannot open the Bitmap files that represent the repaints. None of my graphic programs will accept them as correct bitmaps (with the notable exception of Microsoft Paint - but it only shows white rectangles...).What am I doing wrong???Thank you for your help,re

the file in the repaint kit is not a Bitmap but a psd file you can open this with adobe photoshop or paint shop pro, if you are trying to use the textures from the texture folder they are DTX3 compressed bitmaps and you need to convert them to windows bitmaps for editing, you can do this with Image Tool from Microsoft or DTX2BMP by MW Graphics
