How do i insert fix into FMC?

Hi there.Is it possible to insert a FIX using FMC? I ask this because from time to time my FSNavigator generated flightplan contains s Fix; or sometimes i have to insert a fix by myself into generated route.How can i perform this task?Thanks in avance for helpingLuigi ;-)
