don't see aircraft in menu

Dear friends,a small question. I am using fs9 and windows2000. I installed the dash 8 but cant open it in fs. It is not displayed in the aircraft menu???Any Ideas?

Thanks for the respond!Yes I installed it from the base file. All folders are in the correct position! Installed also other 3d party aircrafts like the klm 747 which works fine. So tried to install another aircraft but this one also doesnt show up in the menu. So its not a pss problem I think. Any advise on this.
