MAJOR PROBLEM

have purchased the dash 8 this morning al my norton software and firewalls are disabled I am running a wireless 1.mbps connection but I get a download failed dowloading the 11mb file of this package it always happens around 6mb any reasons. Any ideas Johan

clean out your cache and any tmp filesmake sure offline files is enabled*explorer, tools, folder options, offline files, tick enable offline filesreboot and try againif that doesn't work send an email to supportJohnPSS SUPPORTsupport@phoenix-simulation.co.ukhttp://www.avsim.com/pss/phoenix.jpg
