CANNOT INSTALL LAST FILE

Hi,I'm having a problem installing the Dash-8.The install goes fine until the last file, then it just says...Searching for filesThen it doesn't do anything..........forever.Anyone know whats wrong??ThanksMatt

try this,,make sure no programs are running right click on the Start buttonleft click on Explorerclick Tools, Folder Optionsselect 'View' tabclick 'Show hidden files and folders'click OKgo to Documents and SettingsLocalUserLocal SettingsTempclick Edit, Select Allclick Deletego back to View tab and click 'Do not show hidden files and folders'close Explorerre-run the installerPSS SUPPORTsupport@phoenix-simulation.co.ukhttp://www.avsim.com/pss/phoenix.jpg
