The Dash 8 is a beautiful flying machine, but I have a problem I need help with. When making approaches to airports I cannot disengage the heading control without completely disengaging the autopilot. Is it possible and if so how can it be achieved.

with AP set to Onyou are limited to HDG SEL or HDG HOLDyou can however use the Touch Control Steering function as set on the Panel Configmore info on TCS can be found on page 38 of the manualPSS SUPPORTsupport@phoenix-simulation.co.ukhttp://www.avsim.com/pss/phoenix.jpg
