Panel problem

I have a problem with the panel. When I move the mouse around on certain gauges and for example the nose up or down wheel the panel flashes and the FMS appears. This causes my gauges to jump around and I find it hard to read what I am trying to set. This is a fresh install to a new computer with no changes to the panel config made.Thank you
