PSS Dash 8 - BA Textures.

I purchased the above items on 14th December, and downloaded the two exe files in order to obtain the files. When actuating the exe files, I receive the message,"No internet connection found". This the same message on both of the files. I have sent messages to Support and Sales but received no reply. I do not have a Firewall intalled and my internet connection is up and running, not giving me any problems downloading from other sites. Can someone please suggest a solution please.:(
