not modeled in the pss aircraft.in the real plane this switch would be on the co-pilots glarshield panel just to the right of the clock (the left of the two switches).follow this link to a panel pictures on airliners.net -http://www.airliners.net/open.file/0530446/L/(you can read that the synchrophaser switch says "off for TO & LDG.")the picture below shows the VC for the PSS dash8. the right side of the co-pilot glareshield is a mirror of the pilot's left glareshield (if you look close everything is backward). i'm sure a decision to increase performance of the VC back when the dash8 was designed for FS8.http://forums.avsim.net/user_files/166138.jpg--
