I receive a message that "cannot create file PSSAirbus A3xxconfig.pnl"and cannot program any keys to reset cold dark panellooking for answers why it does that.

did that and still not working, same message

When you say you did that, was the exe path the same as you have your FS folder?It is certainly sounding like File Permissions. * Can you check that the system and the logged in user have full read / write permissions. * Are you logged in as an administrator?
