Pss Fmc Cruise page

For some reason I can't get the fmc cruise page to display after takeoff and climb out on the A319,20,30 or 40 . The last page that I access before takeoff is the flight control page to set the takeoff trim and It will not switch to the cruise page after gear is up and at 1500ft.Anyone know what could be the problem?

It won't change to the cruise page until you have completed the climb phase.

Well I solved the problem when I noticed on the ecam control panel the light that comes on above whatever selector button I push. After setting my take off trim on the flight control page , I pressed the button again and the light went out. After takeoff and above 1500ft the cruise page appeared.
