Fuel Systems....?

Hello again guys, just a few questions. Is it possible for someone to explain the a330/a340 fuel system and logic, how it works etc, or point me to some links. Secondly I would like to find out if the a330 would work correctly if I were to merge it with an addon aircraft such as posky 330. Thirdly I would like to find out if the a330 would work correctly if I were to just use the panel with another addon aircraft. thanx.
