Hi to all,it is normal that at idle motors there is a consumption of about 900 lt/hour each motor? What I must do in order to adjust it to the normal value of 300 lt/hour ?Happy landingGianni Frigeni Italy

are you sure it's not 900 lbs/hr which would come quite close to 300 l/hr

The constant-SFC fuel consumption model implemented in MSFS does not generally work well at low power settings on the ground. The only way I know of to correct this behavior is to bias the fuel flow reporting by programming the gauges accordingly. Otherwise, most FDE designers focus on fuel consumption at cruise...climb fuel burn will generally follow at least in the ball park...but low/slow numbers are usually out to lunch. Those models that do it right across the spectrum (e.g. PIC, PMDG) are the result of some skilled collaboration between gauge programmers and FDE designers. Neither can solve the problem alone.RegardsBob ScottATP IMEL Gulfstream II-III-IV-V L-300Washington, DC
