DDHELP ERROR HELP!!!!

Hi all,I have had the 319/320/321 for 3 years. I re-installed windows recently (same version as before), but when I re-install the airbus now I cant run it. It comes up with DDHELP ERROR and crashes my computer.I have windows ME (it was fine before), and have no other add-ons for it to clash with.Please help!!
