Landing A330/340

HelloPlease forgive me is this topic has been covered before, I have searched the forum to no avail. When landing the A330/340 Airbus they are nose down, resulting in either a crash with all on board killed or a bounce back up into the air completely overshooting the runway. Is there a fix to stop the excessive nose down problem?Many ThanksJason
