A330-340 callsigns

Hello Captains,,,Just wanted to know if anyone knows how to enable the real world callsigns to be used by FS ATC..I have managed to play with the aircraft CFG for the airbuses and have enabled some of the liveries to be called upon and also communicate by their real world callsigns,,,but some of these are failing to work despite entering the accurate callsigns in the CFG.. these are the Thomas Cook Airlines A330...Air transat ...Air Inter...Volare Airlines and My Travel Airlines...In my opinion the simming experience is more realistic if you fly procedures as real as they are in the real world whilst using a real livery with ATC communicating with you with a real world callsign.
