LCD A330 Panel

I just purchased the A330 and I really love it. I was wondering if it would be possible in anyway to edit the panel so the edges of the PFD, ND and ECAM are sharp like the new LCD equiped A330s flying for Qantas, Northwest, et al. Is PSS planning an update for this feature, or is this something I would be able to edit myself.
