a330 rr engine fuel burn

I am flying a 1h 34 min flight with the pss a330 rr engines and I am at fl 330 with 21900 kg of fuel and a ground weight of 158210 and my engines are burning in excess of 3000kg an hour, why is the number so high? Is it the engines or the conditions of the flight??

The A330 burns a significant amount of fuel on short sectors (1.5 hours) remember the aircraft is twice the size of the 320.The A320 burns about 2500kg an hour. Your 330 should be burning around 5500kg an hour at M.82 cruise.Hope this helps
