Alpha-Floor On Climbout

A few times now, in A320 and A340, I have taken off and am climbing to first altitude restriction, when the speed tape goes red and toga engages. I then need to fly manually to regain control. I wonder if this is to do with fs9 icing conditions?

The icing/speed tape issue cropped up also in the pmdg 73 the other night, using active sky. I did the following to fix it: While in fs9, go to modules/fsuipc/clouds/effects/ and uncheck "add random icing in cloud" check "apply this upper limit to cloud icing" and put a zero in the box.
