A330 Altimeter Problems

Hello all,I seem to have a problem with my atlimeter. When set to standard,(STD) above FL180 and logged on to VATSIM, I can be up to 300 ft off the the standard Flight Level for the area. And now with RVSM in North American airspace, this has already created problems with some area controllers. I also varified the finding by using WHAZZUP. so for example at FL380 (STD) I would show FL377 or FL376....The problem seems to worsen at higher altitudes. Has anyone else had issues around their Altimeter. It's not consistant problem either.....CheersMartin
