A330 keyboard response problems

Hello, i just purchased the A330 base pack and self-installer, and was trying out the CYYZ-KORD tutorial flight.So far this sim looks fantastic.One question though - does this sim have to be played with a joystick? I have been trying to turn it around on the ground using my arrow keys (which I use to fly PMDG-737 just fine), but i think i must have put a dent in my key just trying to get the aircraft to finally turn around on the ground. I figured my problems were over, but on the takeoff roll, i hit the down arrow key a hundred times and the aircraft would not rotate. It just barrelled down at CFLX 102% and went down the runway centerline at airport elevation right over the highway and kept on going :-)What am i doing wrong? Am i missing something?cheers-mike
