How to prevent a A-FLOOR

I have experienced a problem with the aircraft A-Flooring at high altitudes, FL360, and think the problem is due to ice or I am pushing the aircraft upto altitudes it should be going for the weight (ZFW 56.5, Block 12.5)? If it is ice should the engine, pitot and wing anti-ice be enabled passing a certain altitude say FL300? If you experience a A-Floor is there anyway to recover during flight or is it straight to FL000, so far I have recovered by slewing to a lower altitude for a few minutes and then slewing back to the original altitude?Thanks.

A-Floor indicates the aircraft cannot prevent stalling in the programmed flight regimen.Probably you're too high for your weight? Check your MCDU for the max altitude it gives.

Hello,Have had icing and a-floor at lower altitude than FL360... let say during climb.. I wonder if the anti-icing systems are working on the PSS airbus. EG: Pitot heat on, suddenly the speed falls to 0.Any idea ?RgdsDidier / LSGG

I have eperienced the speed dropping to 0 and A-Floor with anti-icing on and pitot heat on (and icing switched off in FSUIPC). Strangly if I leave them switched off I don't experience an A-Floor.I'll just leave them switched off. The PSS Airbus has the potential to be an outstanding add-on if all the little niggels with FS9 are fixed, I am hooked on it even with the little things that aren't quite right.
