A3xx Pro - Unable to control

Hi I am using the CH Flight Sim Yoke, with FS9, and the latest FSUIPC. I have merged the PSS panel with the IFDG A319. According to the FLT CNTRL mode on the CRT on the panel, when I move the yoke, either nothing happens, or the control surfaces move very jittery. However in the 3D "spot" view, the control surfaces on the IFDG model appear to move normally. The aircraft is rendered totally uncontrollable because of this.Please advise.
