ILS Glideslope bar

Recommended Posts

PSS A320, MCDU programmed, all phases of flight perfect, except on ILS approach to any airport.Established on ILS final, in managed mode, executing a coupled approach, I see the VASI lights showing me on glidepath. However, the glideslope bar of the ILS shows me well below glidepath about 1,5 to 2 dots.Touchdown point is correct, it flares nicely. Why does the glideslope show me below glidepath if the VASI show on glidepath and the touchdown point is correct for a precision instrument approach?PSS support, please helpJoao

Question? Does your autopilot try to correct the aircrafts position, if so, what does the VASI/PAPI indicate?Michi

Autopilot flyes perfectly, corrects course and path. And it aligns with VASI/PAPI perfectly. Touchdown is where it is supposed to be also. However, the Glideslope bar keeps showing 1,5 to 2 dots below glidepath. This only happens with PSS A320. When I fly the PMDG 737NG the ILS glideslope bar and VASI/PAPI are coincidental.Joao
