Could some one please tell me what the Runway Turnoff and Wing Lights on the overhead panel are for, and when I should switch them on/off?

runway turnoff are used to light the side of the taxiways to assist in turns during taxiwing lights illuminate the top of the wing section, sometimes used to check for icing JohnPSS SUPPORTsupport@phoenix-simulation.co.ukhttp://www.avsim.com/pss/phoenix.jpg

Thanx for the quick respons, so let me get this straight, I only use the turnoff lights on the ground during taxi and the wing lights are off most of the time? I hate to bother you guys, but when do you use wing lights, other than checking for icing? Sorry for having so many questions.
