Throttle Commands

Hey guys. Just a quick question. I like to make visual landings a lot more than I do ILS. But there is one thing holding me back. I don't know how to make it so that I can use key commands to move the throttle forward in increments or back in increments. For example Idle to TOGA. Climb to Idle. Mind you I would like the throttle to move in increments of one. I know you do it through the panel config but I am not sure which one to select and I also was wondering if you guys could suggest which keys would be best to do this with, so it does not conflict w/ other key commands. Please I have no idea how to do this so please be very thorough. Thanks a bunch!KK
