I am experiencing the same problems over and over again. Any little crosswind from any angle, the airplane is never aligned, i have replaced the fsuipc many times, what's going on!!!

Ok, I'm at KSEA, I set the wind to 5 kts at 250. I landed on runway 34R. Please try both autoland and manuel. The airplane slips to the right of the runway!!!!!!!!!!!! Can there plesase be a fix released because this makes landing in any slight crosswind impossible!!

OK I'll give it a go tonight if I get a chance (I only have today at home - one day off half way through a two week course, ugh). But normally there are not too many problems with crosswinds even up to the limitations of the Airbus providing you have calibrated the rudder in your joystick correctly. For autolands it is also important that that the AFCAD file is correct as many are not correct for the scenery they are attached to leading to a landing to one sie of the runway. 1)It's only an entry in the FS9 so if it has no effect just take it out again.2) MS is not a game, it's a simulation, but that has been debated to death elsewhere on avsim :)3)As promised I did a test flight into KSEA to see whether my landig differed from yours. I took a short flight from Portland to KSEA and using ASV6 set the wind to 250/05. On landing the wind was actually at 4 knots but I'm sure one degree won't make too much difference. I did an autoland with the exception that I controlled vertical speed on approach. This led to rather too firm a landing which was far from my best (see the non-standard red light on the panel screenshot) but otherwise the landing was OK. My drift was worse, further to the left even before I hite the gorund. But why is there this drift, would real airbus pilots experience such a drift and would they move disregarding the fd?

By the way, that change to the cfg, what was it supposed to do, I didn't notice a difference.

No they don't get that much unless the crosswind is very severe then the techniques of rudder control and dipping the wing into the wind come into play. If you are having a drift to the left when the wind is coming from your left then there is a bit of a problem. Were you using the pure PSS or the iFDG/PSS merge. I was in the merged A319 (for which we don't provide support) and it could be that something in the FDE is making the difference. The Airbus has had this problem since FS9 on my machine every landing with more than 5 knots of crosswind. With approx 100 ft to go something disonnects in the autopilot takes off the crab and you are heading for the grass. It is such a pity, most freeware aircraft can hold the centerline to touchdown nevermind all other payware I have installed. It just spoils a previously superb aircraft for the sake of a few hours spent on sorting it out. I can't believe they will still sell this with this problem. I will not be trying any of their new stuff till this gets sorted. What can you do??pve

Sorry for the late reply. To answer your question i make a statement, it is all the airbus, boeings and so forth, that I plug the pss panel into that drift and cannot hold the centre line. All the planes experince this.

I tried re-installing the all my pss airbuses, everything is updates, it still happens! Can there be a fix released or something so I can make a descent landing with my airbuses!!!!!

PSS can't issue a fix individually tailored to the problems each pilot might experience, sorry.
