Hi - please don't forget to sign your posts with your name.I just loaded the default cessna at LGIR and it seems like somebody built the airport in the wrong place!Remembering that the data being used by us is real world. Jepp shows LGIR centred on N 35 20.4 E025 10.8Setting FS to those cordinates shows me just where your ND is saying the airport should be. I havent seen an airport out this far in a while. My screenshot shows the mapview of my plane at the correct coordinates.http://forums.avsim.net/user_files/141786.jpg

Very sorry vrapp I accidently deleted your post and there is no way I can recover it.The problem is definitely with the AIRAC data. I have just loaded up LGIR and LTAI in the simulator and both were spot on. The Lat/Lon coordinates I have for LTAI in AFCAD2.21 are:Latitude: N36* 54.0167'Longitude: E30* 47.5667'In the airac file (0513) the coordinates show:LTAI 36.901492 30.791744 You will see that there is a difference between the two sets of figures (and in the second set from the AIRAC data shouldn't the minutes and seconds be less than 60?). When LTAI is loaded into the MCDU the following is the result for me and matches exactly what you had:http://forums.avsim.net/user_files/142290.jpgSo as I said at the beginning of this post the problem is with the AIRAC data.Sorry again for deleting your post.Rob Elliott, EGPE InvernessPSS Airbus Support andAirbus Fleet Training Captain, British Airways Virtual airbus@speedbirdonline.co.ukhttp://www.speedbirdonline.co.uk/airbus.htmlhttp://www.bavirtual.co.uk

When I flew non-ILS approach to LGIR with winds=0, my A319 was quite off the runway - see the attached picture. I also have attached the saved route (simplified), in case someone wants to try. Note that according to ND, Airbus is precisely aligned with the runway. Is there an explanation? Usually it lands perfectly even with wind.

Thanks for looking into this Rob.As I understand, in the airac file the fractions are fractions of the degree; that's why they are not limited by 60. 36.901492
