AIRBUSes loanding ONE kind of engines!!!

Dear friends,morning!!I don't know if this problem is new, but, lets go.When I loading my A321 with CFM engines, in the panel is loading the IAE engines. In the MCDU appear that I'm flying the A320-200.Than I try to choose a A340 with CFM engines and it load the TRENT 700 and in the MCDU appear that I'm flying the A330-200.I've try to load the A330 with RR engines and the TRENT 700 continue to be load.Can anyone help me???Thx so muchVinicius

You seem to have got the entries in your aircraft.cfg files all mixed up. And possibly there is a mix up with the air files as well, but the first thing to check is your aircraft.cfg. Open the aircraft.cfg for each model (for example the PSS A321 will be in your /flight simulator 9/aircraft/PSSA321 folder) and check that the entries in the fltsim.0, fltsim.1 etc sections are correct for what you should be flying, for example:title=PSS A321 CFM Aer Lingusui_variation=PSS A321 CFM Aer Lingussim=A321cui_type=A321csound=CFMmodel=CFM...By the way the sim=line should be the exact name of the air file.Rob Elliott, EGPE InvernessPSS Airbus Support andAirbus Fleet Training Captain, British Airways Virtual airbus@speedbirdonline.co.ukhttp://www.speedbirdonline.co.uk/airbus.htmlhttp://www.bavirtual.co.uk

Rob,All the things in all the acft.cfg are OK, like your discrption. It continue to be load with the IAE and the Trent.Can I do something different??ThxVinicius

Send both the aircraft.cfg and the air file for me to look at. My address is below. One thing to look at in your panel.cfg file which I should have mentioned before: in the window00 and window01 sections make sure that under the gauge02 it has the following:for the IAE variant of the A320:-for window00gauge02=PSS-A320!ECAM_UPPERV, 640, 527, 225, , 1and for window01gauge02=PSS-A320!ECAM_UPPER, 640, 216, 225, , 1for the CFM variant the last number should be a 2A quick glance at your A340 air file and it shows the number of engines=2 which was one of the errors in the original air file. Rob, I changed the number 1 for the number 2 and it brig result..but of course, the panel for the A320 family is in the folder PSSAB..then I will need to create a panel.cfg to each variation.How the gauge know if I'm using a A321CFM or a A321IAE?? This gauge store any information in a specific archive???Can the config.pnl be the problem??The problem in the A340 steel here, I have changed the FDE.I hope you help me.Thx

I had the same problem and it was because my FSUIPC wasnt registered.
