Error: Cannot connect to data server

Recommended Posts

Guest gotairbus

It has been a long time since I've used the A320 Pro and the A340 series. Now my computer has been formatted. Therefore, I login to the Phoenix Simulation website to download another copy of the A320 and the A340 installers. When I want to run both the A320 and the A340 installers, I can click [next>] until it gives me this message:Cannot Connect To Data Server, Please Try Again.I did a search on this forum, but there were no solid answers to the problem.Any clues? I'm stuck with a fantastic Flight Simulator game but without the fantastic Airbuses :-(gotairbus@gmail.com

Hello again,I was about to send you an e-mail when something struck my mind:I could bring my laptop with FS9 in it to my office and download it from there.Guess what? It works!I have no idea when my laptop, when subjected to these 2 conditions, couldn't do the download and gave me the "cannot connect to data server":- My house (equipped with routers)- My relative's house (direct internet connection)Any clues? I'm afraid this might happen again.

Proxy Servers.Sometimes ISPs use proxies that the installer simply cannot handle.Thats the most common issue.
