Cannot see the airplanes

Something is wrong here, i just installed the download version of A330/A340 onto Fs2002 and everything lloks fine and weel placed under the Fs2002 folders, but when i load the simulator, the aircrafts dodn't appear on the list. Strange!!How do i fix this?Thanks,Henrique

It sounds like your installation didnt finalise. Uninstall then delete the fsdiraircraftpss-a3* folders. Reinstall from the base installer.If still no joy please contact support via email.
