Norman is better at installation issues than me but I suspect the best thing to do is probably to delete all trace of the installation and re-download the base installer and start again. Clayton,This can occur when the installer can't connect to the data server for a number of reasons.Please run the installer again and when it fails, take a screenshot of the error message. Send the screenshot, with your account details via email to support.

i has some problems with my airbus this is one of the problem when i try to enter the icao code or the from/to i get an not in database ,i try it many time . now i uninstall all the airbus and trying to do a clean installation as for the airbus pro files that has 9 flies it install all the files then it stuck on searching for files for more the 20 minutes now and it not moving. that never use to happen like that in 4 or 5 minutes it would finish
