How do you take a screen shot?

From the HELP file in FS2002;" 1 Switch to the view from which you want to take a photograph. 2 To copy an image of the Flight Simulator window, press ALT+PRINT SCREEN. To capture an image of all windows and the desktop, press PRINT SCREEN key. The image you capture is copied to the Windows clipboard as a bitmap (BMP) file. 3 To view the photograph, start Paint or another application that can display bitmap (BMP) images. In that application, click PASTE on the EDIT menu. 4 To save the photograph, click SAVE on the FILE menu of the application in which you viewed the photograph, and then type a name and location for the file." It's quite easy, Good luck..

Or instead of the manual way outlined correctly by Bill, use one of the numerous freeware utilities that make this a little easier while flying.Such as:- fsscreen.zip by Matthias Holzer available here in the file lib- YAFFScreen available at www.marian-aldenhoevel.de/YAFSScreen (has more options)- CoolCap/ScreenShooter available at www.hushpage.com/Screen_Shooter/screen_shooter.html (looks cool)Peter

You could also try the new program available on this site named rapid13.zip which I think is brilliant as you take a succession of shots and then view them straightaway (back at the desktop) already filed and categorised.I have not always had much success taking screenshots but this prog works very well and is user friendly
