Any Freeware Visual Updates to the Airbus Series?

I remember occasional posts about people having "overhauled" the dated appearance of the airbus cockpits. Any links to files?thanksricardo

Not so, the flightdeck has not received any sort of update. Some utilities from avsim can be icorporated into the panel and flightdeck to add additional features, for example a pushback gauge, flight number strip, wind views. But the basic panel is still the same. I use it every day, it really improves the appearance of the 2D cockpit, while staying as realistic as the stock file.You have to contact the author to get this free addon, he haven't uploaded it on any site, as far as I know.

Oh right, thanks for that, I probably misjudged him. We wouldn't be able to support it though as I suspect he hacked the gauge file.
