Help with Gauge addition

Hi, I like tinkering with gauges every now and then and really wanted to add a autopilot thats easier to use than the default vulcan. I wanted a AP I can set altitude,heading ect.No matter which autopilot,most very basic I tried replacing the default with, the power will not come on. Everything else works,numbers,switches,lighted numbers ect, but on NONE of the ones I tried can I turn the power on.On any of the autopilots I tried when I click on the "on" button or switch I get the ap disconnect sound and thats it.Any help appreciated.

Jim,Whilst a member have a solution for you it's not one we would have or support. The VULCAN, like most of our aircraft, uses its own autopilot rather than the default FS.
