Flight Sim Charts

Hello from a FS newbie. My question is, I live in Phoenix and love to fly around the state. I'm learning how to fly IFR and am looking for some help in locating charts. I noticed that avsim has charts you can download for a fee and then FS2004 has a link to Jeppesen that you can buy their charts but only use 3 regions. I'd like to have more than that as I like to hop around the Carribean and all over the U.S. Anyway, does anyone have any opinions pro/con as to which is better for the money? I just want to be able to tune in the ILS landing frequencies when I fly into bigger airports. Also, Whoever made the Albatross for Jimmy Buffett's Hemisphere Dancer for FS2002... Can you make one for FS2004? I'd be the first to fly it!Thanks.Boyd
