My vc textures are still blurry, is there a way to fix this?

In FS, display options you can define how detailed a VC you wish.

I think you mean vc gauge quality, right? if so it is already all the way up.

Also, you may want to adjust MIP level to 5, or adjust mip settings in your video driver.Adam

Yup I checked the video card settings, that did the trick. But why are the ailerons still moveable with hydraulics turned off.

VC text on the top is perfect, but in the pedastal it is very blury, is that like that for every one.
