I'm getting very angry now, still can't complete download.

I've now gone home at tried another PC for the download and after 16hrs of trying still can't get past file 8 of 9. I get an error "download failed" and the installation aborts at 4.27mb of 9.34mb. I've got files 1-7 OK. I've turned of the windows firewall and disabled Norton.I've got all of PSS products and I thought this time we'd avoid the usual mess on initial download. WRONG!!! This getting very very annoying. I feel like calling it a day for good.Paul Gardner

Paul,Please believe me when I say there is no special "annoy Paul" piece of code. I cant even begin to understand your frustration over the past few hours since we released the 777 although It cant be more than 9 hours unless you were downloading from my PC. This however doesn't take away from your inability to download.Please email support@phoenix-simulation.co.uk with as much info as possible. A screenshot of the error would help greatly.
