Can't Connect

Everytime I have tried to download since yesterday the only thing i've managed to get is this message:"Can't connect to data server - try again later"Is the server down?

Servers have had no issues at all. Are you behind a proxy, either locally or your ISP perhaps?Either way please email support and they will be happy to help you out.

Thanks Norman.I am using a firewall which I disabled, but still no good.I have just e-mailed support.
