I did not have any problems when I downloaded and used the RC1 release. Maybe it is in the final panel release.

Hi,I have a long e-mail coummnicate with John(PSS support) for last night.I tried many from my ways & also follow John ways. Issue still remain same as unsolve. But, this only happen with Pss777-300ER. I load up PMDG747, LDS767 & etc add on aircarft, do not see any problem. I'm started to feel fustrated with this aircraft. Funny question come to my mind, why this won't happen during RC-1 & just happened at final-release. I'm sure my FS9.1 is not a problem at all....I hope this will be solve as soon as possible. My feeling is......ah*I just need some one, who's facing this issue from this forum, please give me a helping hand.B/Regards...Alex Ooi

Hi Folks,i also have this problem. I just wanna start a first flight with the 777. Initally I load the Cessna and after that I've choosed the T7. The plane loads normal, the panel is shown on my screen, the sounds starts. But the screens at the panel are still black. After a few seconds(not more than 2 seconds) the PFD is loading and at this moment the monitor is going to be black and I also get this sad information. Is there any solution in sight right now?

Hi all,Now I was totally fustrated regarding this issue. I try to solve this problem at support e-mail & seem like until certain points, solution is sinking....For me, the product should not act as this way. Not to load a default aircraft then follow by selecting Pss777. This product seem can't be work correctly at 1st time. Do I ask anybody over here, would like to buy a car, which without engine?..I hope PSS members should at least give those user (Included my self) a some answer back.....If you think, I just use this message to act as nuts then please see below support message. I think, I'm doing a customer responsibility to work together with PSS support, but now I'm still with a same problems..Below is a communication via e-mail:Any good news bring to me...-----Original Message-----From: Alex Ooi [mailto:alextooi@streamyx.com] Sent: Friday, November 11, 2005 7:52 AMTo: 'John'Subject: RE: [Fwd: Crash during loading]Dear John,I followed your instruction as deleted a fs9.cfg, then restartFS9 to recreated a new fs9.cfg..result is still a same. 1st loadingThings seem to be okay without CTD, but come to 2nd time restart FS9; Problem still remains. Of course, I change a display setting & trafficSetting after a 1st load up. I do not face this issue, when I'm using Your RC-1. Everything is prefect for RC1, I have been tested many methods& still can't make it..I feel very frustration, since after final release Was out & I still can't fly my plane & keep on crashing FS9..I really lookFor a helping from your group to make it fly able..B/Regards...Alex Ooi -----Original Message-----From: John PSS Support Sent: Friday, November 11, 2005 3:50 AMTo: Alex OoiSubject: RE: [Fwd: Crash during loading]try deleting FS9.cfg, a new one is created when youreload FS--- Alex Ooi wrote:> Hi John,> > I performed to 'reset default' FS9.
