set up gauge problem

I am not able to call ground commands -esternal power, etc...-on set up panel....I try to click on item and then OK on set up panel and it does not work...how have I to do????thanks

Make sure your parking brakes are set, once you have the external power hooked up, go to the overhead and turn on the EXT PWR switches on the left side of the OH panel
