Looks to me like you have a DNS/Proxy or gateway definition problem...CTRL-F5 yields me the most recent version of the page, one day old!!!

Thanks for your help guys! But no one posted from about 3am on the 3rd will just after midnight on the 6th as the site was down and you were just looking at a cache. If you use IE then select tools.internet options.
