Sjaako,Quite right. VMO is exactly what it says. Also, although I am not flying now, there is plenty of information available to show that the 777 is operated close to VMO but NEVER above it. Nice photo on airliners.net - cruising at FL270, IAS 320 kts, barbers pole 330 kts.RegardsJohn R
