FS4

Recommended Posts

I found my old FS4 disk. I stuck it in and fired it up. Does anyone know how to get a joystick working on it in WinXP? I have a USB yoke, and an old CH Flight Stick plugged into my soundcards joystick port.

I tried, but I dont think XP will let you. Might need to go into Real mode DOS (which XP dont like to do) to get it to work, but even then it might not work. FS4 works on my old IBM XT with a 8088, but I dont have a joystick for it, so I cant test it there. Its gonna be hard work (if not impossible) to get a joystick running with a old prog like FS4 on a modern OS like XP. Although it would be much more fun to fly in FS4 with a joystick. If you find a way to get it to work, let me know.
