TOD in Active Cruise Page

Recommended Posts

Guest mao1968

I am not sure is not a feature modelled on the fmc or there is something wrong. On the VNAV ACT CRZ page the TOD point is not appearing at LSK2R when getting close to that point. The TD simbol does appear on the navigation display and also on the progress page so it is well calculated indeed and I get the reset MCP altitude message. I used to fly the PSS747 and that feature was on the VNAV page of the queen`s FMC.Does anyone notice this also?I just finished the longest flight I ever done on flight simulator VHHH-EGLL and was very nice using the real flight plan it took 22hours 30 minutes of flight time. The plane and my pc did great.Best RegardsMauricio Villada

Yeah I noticed that too. Just find a spot in your STAR and assign a flight level, for example on the OCK vor you could have put in Fl080 and the TOD will appear at that point. That is a glitch, it has to be.Wilson Hineshttp://www.redeyeexpress.nethttp://www.united-virtual.com --------------------------------------http://www.precisionmanuals.com/images/forum/747400.jpghttp://online.vatsimindicators.net/837438/3074.png

Yes it is showing TOD ETA on the progress page and that is fine with me I also get the t/d symbol on the navigation display I just want to know if distance to TD is not modelled on the vnav crz page as in the real 777 FMC and the PSS747FMC What I mean is that you get the distance to the TD point on VNAV ACT CRZ page at Line Select Key 2R position once you get close to it.And yes I programmed the OCK1F arrival and put a constraint of 14000 at 40nm from OCK and got the correct information for TD on the progress page only not in the VNAV page I can live with that anyway I just want to know if it was not modelled as it was on the pss747Thanks in advanceMauricio Villada
