Havng over 3000 hours in and having been an examiner on the 777, I didn't think I needed a tutorial -- guess I was wrong. To those that actually answered my question. THANKS!!

probably a stupid question but why are the TOGA buttons "hidden" like this on the PSS and the PMDGs, why not make them as is in the real plane?

We could have set the buttons on the throttle quadrant but weighed that against all the calls of "Why do we have to open the throttle qaudrant window just to set TOGA."I'm sure Lefteris at PMDG had similar thoughts.

THANKS!!Leo,With all due respect, the tutorial is not really to teach you to fly the plane, we all agree you dont need that. The document has been designed to help pilots to learn to operate the software developed by our team. Cheers.P.S. Nice to have real 777 flyers taking interest in out work!http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/36/36_1_16.gifhttp://www.avsim.com/pss/banner_es.jpghttp://online.vatsimindicators.net/855693/848.png

Guest Id Rather Be Flying

Nice looking Scout Leo! I was wondering if you could tell us how much you like this PSS T7 bird & comparison to RW? I have a cockpit video from a 777-200 and putting in the same route and procedures, I was able to follow along with the real world counterpart! I thought that was such a blast! Since I'll most likely never get a chance to be Capt. or F/O or jump seat for that matter, you are the link to experience that feeling through you and the PSS T7. Thanks ahead of time!Carmine http://forums.avsim.net/images/wave.gifhttp://img155.imageshack.us/img155/7118/phoenixtp8mg.jpg
